Our mission is to assist formerly incarcerated individuals in the State of Maryland and the greater Baltimore/Washington D.C. Metropolitan area — providing an opportunity to successfully re-enter into society. Hope Farms will facilitate a smooth transition including housing, employment and life skills training. In addition, Hope Farms will offer a host of social services common to a “returning citizen”.
